They allowed only AID users to communicate wirelessly from AID to AID users or AID-Bluetooth enabled device. Supposedly there will be a lot of these devices with some problems these days. Two major current limitations of Bluetooth are communication between devices must be direct and it is limited by the quality of service of the radio channel between them. They do not need support for the movement of an active terminal from one network interface device to another. Essentially in Bluetooth, a device in a piconet A cannot communicate with another Bluetooth device in a different piconet B, if it was a member of another piconet previously. In Bluetooth devices, there are some limitations in it. They are speed, range, compatibility. Bluetooth is not designed for high-speed data transfers. The range of communications is very limited to a few feet for this device. Some devices do not have profiles compatible with the devices you want to connect with other devices. It delivers opportunities for rapid, new connections, and in the future. It could be enable in the industrial, scientific and medical band areas. It is based on a low-cost, short-range radio link that facilitates ad-hoc connections for stationary and mobile communication environments.

Benifits of Bluetooth
There are many benefits and advantages to use wireless devices. When traveling with the laptop or any other wireless devices, we need not to worry about bringing connection cables. Bluetooth is very inexpensive and cheap for companies to implement. Bluetooth doesn't have any set up for the connections. Bluetooth is a standardized wireless that a high level of compatibility among devices is guaranteed. Bluetooth will connect the devices to each other, even if they are not the same model. The technology requires very little energy and it is used for less battery or electrical power. This is an excellent benefit for mobile devices, as Bluetooth cannot drain the battery at any time. Bluetooth will allow compatible devices to share data and voice communications. Bluetooth technology is a worldwide, universal wireless standard. You do not need any wires to get connected with any devices or computer. The process of a new user is very easy to get a Bluetooth branded product. Bluetooth technology was designed with security needs in mind. The Bluetooth wireless technology specification is available free-of-charge to the member in any companies around the globe. Manufacturers from many industries are busy implementing the technology in their products to reduce the clutter of wires, make seamless connections, stream stereo audio, transfer data or carry voice communications.

Communication and Connection
Bluetooth technology protocols are allowed from one master device to interconnect with seven active devices for communication purpose. A master Bluetooth device can connect to seven devices with the Bluetooth master device in a wireless network. This kind of network with 8 devices is called a piconet. A piconet is an ad-hoc computer network and it can be inactive, which is the master device for all active status at any time. The transfer of data can be between the master and one other device. These devices can switch roles and the slave has a privilege to become the master at any time. The master switches from one device to another in a round-robin fashion. Simultaneously the transmission from the master to multiple other devices is possible. It allows connecting more piconet together to form a scatter net. Some devices act as a bridge by playing the master in one piconet and a slave role in another. Any device may perform an inquiry to find other devices to connect to and any device can be configured to respond to such inquiries. If the device is trying to connect to the address of the device, it always responds to the connection requests and transmits the information. Some devices can be connected to only one device at a time and connecting to them. It prevents them from connecting to other devices and appearing in inquiries until they disconnect from the other device.

Bluetooth Feautures
There are many features available in Bluetooth technology. The Extended inquiry responses, Sniff sub rating, Encryption Pause Resume, Secure Simple Pairing, Near Field Communication cooperation plays a major role. It offers more data during the inquiry procedure in order to allow better filtering of devices before connection. This information includes the name of the device. It lessens the power consumption when the devices are in the sniff low-power mode with asymmetric data flows. They are expected to benefit with mouse and keyboard devices while increasing their battery life. Bluetooth implementations featured a message frequency to multiple times per second. It enables an encryption key to be refreshed during encryption for connections. It improves the pairing experience for Bluetooth devices, while increasing the use and strength of security. It is expected that this feature will increase the use of Bluetooth. The automatic creation is used for secure Bluetooth connections when NFC radio interface is also available.

Bluetooth Protocols
Bluetooth is defined as a layer protocol architecture consisting of core protocols, cable replacement protocols, telephony control protocols, and adopted protocols. There are certain mandatory protocols for all Bluetooth stack viz link management protocol, logical link control and adaptation protocol (L2CAP) and service discovery protocol. The core protocol consists of base band protocol, link manager protocol, logical link control and adaptation protocol, service discovery protocol, cable replacement protocol, telephony control protocol, adopted protocols. Bluetooth technology is designed for and optimized for use in mobile devices. Mobile computers, cellular handsets, network access points, printers, desktops, keyboards, joysticks are used. The other device can have short range Bluetooth radios operating in the free 2.4GHz Industrial-Scientific-Medical band integrated into them. Bluetooth is designed for both computing and communications applications, it is designed to support high quality simultaneous voice and data. It supports both synchronous and asynchronous services and easy integration of TCP/IP for networking purposes. It is used for the control of radio link between two devices. It is used to multiple logical connections between two devices using different higher level protocols. Many Bluetooth applications are used radio frequency communications protocol, because of its widespread support and publicly available API on most operating systems. Additionally, applications that used a serial port to communicate can be quickly ported to use radio frequency communications protocol. It is used by the advanced audio distribution profile to stream music and to stereo headsets.

Development of Bluetooth technology
Bluetooth technology generally deals with the combination of software development and hardware development for making an embedded processor design. Applications for both Bluetooth software development and hardware development solutions include an Automotive Hands-Free Devices, Cell Phone Accessories, Wireless Speakers, Headsets, Handheld Devices, Internet Radios, Medical Devices, PC and PDA Accessories, Voice Recognition Devices. Bluetooth was developed to realize wireless connection between various types of equipment like small-size ones. The main aim is to provide a small size, low power consumption and a low cost. According to the standard, all connections can be protected with authentication and encryption, but the information provided is not enough to describe all features. They are considering about the different products. They have different protection methods. The adapters are very small and light. That is why stickers are in good to fix them. Bluetooth technology has moved fast in terms of standards adoptions to release of chip sets and a few demo products. Bluetooth is in early stages of development from the point of view of its adoption in applications.

Security Standards
Security has played a key part in the innovation of Bluetooth. There are three method of security service like link level enforced security, non-secure and service level enforced security. In non-secure, the device does not commence several protection actions. In the check level obligatory security mode, two Bluetooth devices can found a non secure asynchronous attachment less link. Security procedures, namely authentication, authorization and optional encryption, are initiated when a Logical Link Control and Adaptation Protocol, Connection-Oriented or Connection-Less channel request is made. Bluetooth technology is commonly used for mobile devices with headsets or for wirelessly networking PCs with mice and printers. It is working on two new standards that will make the technology both faster and more energy-efficient. The low energy Bluetooth standard will open up a lot of possibilities. With the new low energy mode there is the potential to build sensors that we can talk to the mobile phone and be controlled remotely.
